Rules and Restrictions
There are several rules you’ll need to follow in sober housing in Minnesota. The rules will include a curfew, regular drug testing, and controlled access to friends and family. If you break the rules, you will not be allowed to continue staying at the facility.
Treatment
When you stay in sober living, you will be expected to actively participate in recovery programs. The staff will record how often you attend 12-step meetings and go to therapy.
Responsibility
In sober living, responsibility is a privilege. When you first arrive, you will be given simple chores and responsibilities. When you prove that you can commit to your existing responsibilities, you will obtain more.
Your newfound responsibility will give you the accountability and discipline you need to take responsibility for your household and your actions outside of sober living.
